I don't drink much, actually REALLY rarely. but the only beer type thing that i've liked was tequiza.

I actually recommend any of these beers.

Anyhoo....

My favorite is

Warsteiner for a lighter hoppy beer.

Amber Bock for a darker grainy beer.

Guinness or Murphy's stouts for a "drink it slow and smile" beer.

I can drink lagers and some of the other "dark" beers, but I can't drink a lot of them in one sitting.

If I want to pound a beer down all night it has to be a domestic. Present favorite domestics are Michelob and Coors Light.

Ultima, I used to live near the Youengling brewery, and we drank Black & Tan like water.

My favorite beer was either Sierra Nevada Pale Ale or O'Dell's 90 Shilling ale.

Microbrews rock.

Red Stripe kicks ass (cool shorty bottles )

Blue Moon is pretty good, but rather sweet. After 4 or 5, it leaves the same bitter feeling in the mouth as drinking a bottle of cheap chardonnay (which I recommend doing often )

Killians Red, if you can get the imported from Europe variety. The US brewed doesn't taste correct.

Actually its a very great beer, but the only place I have been able to locate it stateside is Harry's Farmers Market in the atlanta metro area.

They sell these 40's where I go to school and I've also seen them in detroit called "Ghetto Blaster", horrible stuff but the label is so cool I end up getting them anyway.
