Saw it and took a ride in it a few days ago, the interior's materials are just awesome, no complaints at all!
Engine could be a little quieter but I don't think it's really an issue for a person like me.

How does it compare to other cars, like the corolla/3/sentra?
It wasn't bad, not as quiet as a Corolla or as smooth as one, but no rattles and such, mostly just road noise.Originally posted by: RossMAN

What about interior noise (not engine noise), rattles and so forth? I don't expec it to be Lexus quiet but how quiet was it?

Did you just seriously compare a Corvette and a Civic?
You're comparing a "budget" supercar to an econobox. There is absolutely nothing that comes close to the Vette performance-wise in that price range. Period. They don't build the Vette for dash strokers.
I haven't been in a new Corvette (or a new Civic, for that matter), so I'm not going to make assumptions about the interior materials. However, in order to be able to offer the Corvette for the price that they do, they have to make concessions somewhere. They spend the money on what matters most to those in the market for a Corvette - performance.
I would imagine that the interior on that car takes a backseat to the drivetrain, handling, and other performance characteristics - as it should.
You want to make a valid comparison, use a Cobalt or something.
Yup, they come in and out of the dealerships very fast, most of them don't have much stocked because they sell pretty fast. If I was to buy one I'd put the $500 or whatever down and have them hold one when it comes in for me with the color, options, etc. that I want.Originally posted by: tennisflip
Seen both the sedan and coupe. The coupe's tail looks way better than the sedan's. Overall they both look really good and at 30/40 mpg it's no wonder you can't find them on lots anymore.
