hitting somebody repeatedly in the head with a skateboard, defintely a felony

could go as far as heinous battery

charges and penalties

which would mean many years in the pen

That was on the Steve-O tour video... yeah if that was me that got hit I would've beaten the fvck out of that guy.

That guy got rocked with a board to the head... he was too dazed to do anything
You forgot that almost everyone that posts in Off Topic is superman, scored a 1600 on the SATs, can drink huge quantities of alcohol without getting drunk, and have roommate problems.

he didn't even try to do anything, he just sat there and took it, i can appreciate being dazed but he could have raised his arm to try and deflect when that guy pulled his saketboard back for the swing.

I think he (the guy that got hit) was drunk. Judging by his reaction after he tried to put a headlock (or squish his hat) on the skater punk muther frucker. It took him a couple of seconds just to spin around and face him.

. . . and what kind of p*ssy ass town was this video taken in?? This guy wouldn't have lasted past the first trick he pulled where I grew up. :|

9 - and I would have definately intervened.

The guy might have been dazed, but the real problem is that he wasn't expecting the skater guy to hit him.
There's no point in talking to a guy like that skater guy... either call the cops or suckerpunch him.

That was my 1st thought, about being a little drunk.

That kind of stuff makes my blood boil. I can't imagine getting krunked in the head 5 times with a skateboard ...

he had the LONGEST windup, it was straight out of a video game. if the other guy would've bumrushed and tackled him, he woulda been fuct

Haha thats what I was thinking...
That big guy just wasn't there to fight... big mistake. I would assume that some crazy guy thats picking fights on the street and throwing stuff at cars might actually fight me.. and when he started swinging the skateboard around I would've attacked him. You would just have to get inside and it wouldn't even hurt if it hit you.

Dude that got whacked in the head = wuss or drunk. Doesn't know how to fight. When someone is going to swing something at you, you move closer to them.

But yeah, the skater needs a beatdown, too. Severely. A product of today's parenting!

I hope that guy is currently getting a$$raped in prison. I'm surprised the guy's head didn't split open onto the road. Skateboard trucks are made from some pretty hefty metal. I can't even imagine how much that would hurt just being hit once, let alone multiple times.

what pisses me off even more is that NONE of the bystanders helped the victims out. They should have all jumped and beat him to a pulp.

Sadly, the general trend is that the more bystanders that are present, the less likely one of them is going to assist.

True but so very sad. Diffusion of Responsibility

As for the punk, he would be dead in the street bout 5 secs after he hit that guy.

Man, I feel bad. I only got a 1530. I'm real tall, but I'm real weak, never been in a real fight, never had a drink, and never had a real girlfriend. And I live at home. Awwwwwwwwww. Maybe that means I'm special.

Anywho, that kid is a candidate for my "Manditory Castration of Jerks" program. I mean, first hes just being an ass to passers by, then he flings his skateboard, nails a car. At first, he seems OK about paying up. Then he goes and rolls around on some guys Neon . . . so of course a guy helping the car's owner brings him back . .

At this point, his castration hangs in the balance. If he gets ID, pays up, I'd let him keep his unit. However, his actions would result in my pulling my sidearm and shooting him.

If I was a bystander and had a gun, and saw him, I would have pulled it and held the fsckhead at gunpoint. Maybe I would have shot him in his balls before I confronted him. I could always say I was saving the life of the guy he was beating. If he tried to run or if he advanced at anyone else or at me, it would mean his life.

What an asshole. I hope he gets charged and locked up.
