I actually like Fiji water. It has an unusual "silky" texture to it that tastes really good when it's ice cold. Not a bottled water fan in general, but I'll grab a 6 pack of Fiji once in a while.

I finally had Fiji last year, and I wasn't really impressed. I'd heard so much about it, and it just tasted like regular water to me. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't special either.

I haven't had Perrier for a while now, but I think I'll try it again soon

Fiji on the other hand, tastes a lot smoother and pure than the typical bottled waters. It's particularly apparent when compared against filtered tap water here.

It has to be ice cold to get that texture I'm talking about. It has something to do with its super-high silicate content.

Meh, overpriced. When I want mineral water, I go for the cheap stuff:

And this stuff has some serious carbonation. Love it. I wish mineral water was more common and cheaper though. When I lived in Germany, almost everyone drank mineral water, and because of that, it was dirt cheap.

I have often read the label as well...

It's supposed to be softer. IDK a lot of the office meetings I go to have Fiji for clients, seems like a sizable waste of money. Having said that we buy sparkling so maybe it's not any better.

San Pellegrino is really refreshing and a nice treat during the summer... throw in a lime and ice and you're ballin.

Hmm... I drank it at room temperature. I guess I'll have to try it again. I specifically drank it at room temperature because that tends to bring out the flavor of drinks. My favorite "regular" water I had came in a gallon jug from Walmart. It was a local water, and tasted like a mountain spring. It's probably been 20 years since I got though, the company may not even be around anymore. It was Brick House water from Ellicott City.

I've seen that. I'll have to get it some time. Funny that Mexican drinks are generally considered substandard, but are put in premium containers. I dig the heavy painted glass, and have a hard time throwing the bottles out :^D
