I really think your wrong. What are the chances they kill the wrong guy at the wrong house, but managed to kill his girlfriend? I never even seen that woman with Phil before. I think it was some random chick

We have no way to know if she was Phil's g/f or not,(yet) but presumably she was, and the idiots thought the dad bore enough resemblance to Phil to make the hit.

Not that it matters, but wasn't Phil with her as he went to the betting parlor before it exploded (the episode before the season6 hiatus).
