Anyone testing 4 sticks of ram on Venice/San Diego?

The new AMD cores are supposed to have an improved ondie memory controller. Post your best memory speeds and timings with 4 sticks. Include command rate, timings, volatages and of course speed. And also list the maker and model of your ram. Not looking for conjecture or what you,ve heard, just the facts man, just the facts.

Thanks in advance for this, I'm very interested in moving up to 939 with the four sticks of 256 I already own. I'd really like to see how it handles 4xXXX.

Yes! I did in fact successfully run 4 sticks of 512 MB DDR memory on this processor at 6-3-3 2.0 1T.

Yep, I'm running 4 stix and will be posting results within the next few days....

i got my athlon 64 3700+ san diego core in today and got it install, but for some reason the computer is still running my 4 sticks of ram at 166mhz. my motherboard is msi k8n neo2 platinum. my memory is 4x512 corsair twinx 3200. I think my problem is that a bios update hasnt been release yet for full support for the new cores.

Mine did the same thing. I presently have the 1.5 BIOS from the MSI site. I just changed it to 200 and it runs fine. See the CPU fine too.

So NO MEMORY DIVIDER. BUT.... my BIOS removed the Command Rate setting and I am stuck as 2T as the default. Oh well, it's not a big deal.... possibly a newer/modded BIOS will change that....

Back to testing....
