Anyone use Amazon Warehouse?

I want to buy a labtop to use in a lieberry but I don't want to spend uber cash on it. I treat my labtops much like I treat my women: throw a few hundred dollars at them then when they bore me I stuff them in my trunk and dump them off at a nearby trash dump.

I don't want to spend a lot with Steamroller + Haswell otw and since both look to be rather 'delish, I'm contemplating a used labtop from the Amazon warehouse. Any details? experience with their used stuff? It seems to me that with their customer service this would be a good idea.

amazon warehouse deals have been great to me. bought my 3DS, vita, an incipio feather case for my iphone 4 (2 of them), and some other random stuff from there and *everything* has been literally brand new in box. it just has a sticker that says amazon warehouse deals but otherwise its new from what i can tell.

cant speak for everyone, but for me, i would wholeheartedly buy from them again. free prime shipping and cheaper prices? why the hell not.

Has anyone dealt with the warehouse as far as returning a lemon? I think that's my biggest apprehension when dealing with used products. If they're going to be dickheads about it I may just splurge some more cash and buy new.

I've never understood where "labtop" comes from. It's a computer that fits in your lap. One of my friends shit brix when he finally realized he had been saying it wrong his entire life.

done very well using amazon warehouse deals. got a GF3 camera body for 180, and a Optimus HD20 projector for 480. both were like new and work great. and even though they were used they came in the orignal box and was able to register there warrenty
