Anyone want to see the video of the MRI Arthrogram of my wrist?

I have 7 other series, but this is the best view. My wrist is still sore as hell from the 7 moderate sized holes they put in my wrist to inject the contrast (right near where the pain was to begin with)

They were checking for a scapholunate ligament tear.

Results showed the ligament was intact, but there was some "extravascation into the DRUJ" which apparently suggests "mid substance TFCC disruption" (gonna need my Dr. to explain that to me on monday - google only helps so much)

Extravasation into the DRUJ means that the contrast has leaked out of the wrist joint into the distal radio-ulnar joint (the joint at the bottom of the 2 foream bones). I've highlighted the area in red, although the contrast agent isn't visible on the set of images you provided.

The TFCC, or triangular fibrocartilage complex, is a little lump of cartilage just in front of the ulna bone (showing up blackish, ringed in blue). The TFCC is a major component on the low friction lining of the wrist joint, and is quite commonly injured. If it's torn, the contrast can leak out of the joint, which is why arthrograms are used for difficult diagnoses. If a tear is bad, it can often be see it as a hole on a standard MRI scan.
