The story goes like this:
I placed an order on newegg two weeks ago which included an CPU, a motherboard, and a stick of DDR. Received them successfully for two of the parts were broken as soon as I booted my computer. So, i requested an RMA and was approved. I sent them the items and they were successfully received as well. Today i checked my e-mails and got two messages telling me that an order from me was declined twice because they couldnt verify the credit card number, but I didnt place any orders! So i went and checked the website for order status and found there were two orders on there that contained the same items: a motherboard and an DDR. The only difference is, one cost $0 and another cost $142! Is this because of the RMA? If so, why am i getting two sets of them and paying $142 for the second set? Should i go update my credit # right now so they could charge me?
Thanks for the help
