Anything Going on With Telnap?

I tried to open a trouble ticket, but it won't accept my password. When I did a reset, the reset password contained a bunch of non-english characters, which wouldn't work (copy and pasted).

I PMed DT, but haven't heard back.

I can't access my domain from home. My Blackberry and work connection get to it just fine.

I'm wondering if something's up at the hosting datacenter since I can get to telnap.com just fine. My traces get a long way before they stop working (crossed out my local IPs).

Edit > Going by that traceroute, you got your IP blocked by one of the firewalls. Shoot me a PM with your external IP address and I'll figure out your issues with the helpdesk in the meantime.
