You don't NEED a 1000 watt PSU, and I'd change the Rosewill to either a Corsair or XFX.

While the reviews show it's not a TERRIBLE PSU, it's definitely not a GREAT one either.

IMO, always buy the best you can for PSU's. They are the heart of any computer system, and when a bad one goes...it can take out any number of components with it.

Try one of the on-line PSU calculators. While they're never exact, I'm sure your needs will be well served by 750 watts...or 850 max. (and probably 600 will be plenty, but I like to have a bit more than I need, rather than need a bit more than I have)

You may only be unsure about the SSD, but I am very unsure about that PSU! Your rig doesn't need anything more than a 650W, so grab this XFX for $60 AR and call it a day.

The C300 is fine, but I would personally go with a Sandforce like the like the OCZ Agility 2 for $100 AR.

Additionally, the RAM and HDD are fine, but overpriced. Here's 8GB of DDR3 1333 for $80 and an equivalent HDD (F3 1TB) for $70

TY - I havent been paying attention enough to know that SATA III doesnt really matter becuase nothing needs that bandwith yet. Not even SSD i hear. Is this true?

SATA 3Gb/s can somewhat affect the max sequential transfer speed of the C300, but that doesn't really matter IMHO. It won't affect the random IO performance of an SSD and will definitely not affect an HDD at all. Of course, both the drive and controller must support SATA 6Gb/s for it to have any effect at all.

With P67, you finally get a good SATA 6Gb/s standard, so it's kind of a moot point though.
