EDIT: For all the morons that can't read I said PACIFIC ocean. not just "ocean". Do any such places exist on the east coast?

Buffalo, NY?

Portland fits the bill, but somehow I think you were imagining.. less rain.

Except that it's right along the west coast, just a few miles from the pacific ocean...

Seriously - all you people who are recommending seattle, portland, and san diego? Did you fail third grade?

Maybe you should've spent 3 minutes looking this up for yourself then, instead of being a dick about it?

No there isn't.

EDIT: actually some parts of Orange county fits the criteria. anaheim is about 30 miles(more than a few miles)from the ocean and their avg. temps are within range.

I didn't read the OP, heh.

Some places in Alaska would fit the bill for summer.. Not winter, though.. lol

You forgot to add 100% humidity during the summer making the overal temp (which is usually 85-90) null and void.

Cleveland is a little colder than you want, but not bad. There isn't much snow if you are on the west side.

As a native Oregonian(a place which does meet the OP's requirements), Indiana doesn't even come close. Temps drop to 0, it snows in March, and the humidity is painful in the summer.

I doubt it...which is the primary reason why west coast > east coast.

Seriously though, how's Maine?
