I got the same email. Looks like all the complaining actually did some good. I'm still a bit torqued off that I didn't get the set since I waited at home that entire day but hey $25 is a nice consolation. :beer:

Picked up one unit in store, and the one I ordered for delivery was canceld.

For anyone that's bought this tv, have you noticed that the picture on both sides of the tv are cut off? I notice this when watching dvds, which don't appear as widescreen, and on my xbox. Anyone know how to fix this problem?

For me the problem is the picture is not perfectly flat. I notice it when I watch new channels. The stremline comes out fine from the right, and goes lower and lower when it moves to the left. Not a big deal though. I am planning to call for the home service soon. I don't want to call now because I am afraid they will ask me to return it to BB. I will call them next month, and they have contracted repierman nearby. they will come to my place and fix it here. That is what the warranty says.

Sorry to revive this, but does anyone have a scan of the UPC that they can email me? I was going to try to send in the rebate for my inlaws and they trashed the box, I still have a few days. Email addy is in profile.
