CompUsa has the AD-3201 for 59.00, no rebate. Online says oos so check your local CompUsa. Got me one after missing so many of those Apex dvd player listed in this forum.

Hmm.. correct me if i'm wrong, but I think you meant to say "remote" instead of "rebate"

I got a 3201 and yes the remote turns off the macrovision and region. easy as pie
