You would have to copy your profile over the default user profile..that way each new user (admin or limited) would be 'built' from your profiles settings
Say your account is 'admin'
- reboot
- login as another account with admin privs (Admin2) and has 'show hidden files/folders enabled' (in Explorer, Tools, Folder options, View tab)
- right click My Computer, properties, advanced tab, user profiles, settings button
- highlight your profile (Admin), choose Copy to..browse for and choose C:\Documents and Settings\Default User
- change 'permitted to' to 'everyone'
- click OK to the prompt and let it copy
every new user account will start off like yours
