Hard to say. Apollo Creed had speed so he likely could have avoided a lot of Clubber Lang's power. On the other hand, Creed didn't have enough speed to avoid losing to Rocky Balboa, who wasn't really a fast guy (even if he did finally catch a chicken).

I think Creed would probably win, though.

There wasn't much "boxing" in any of the Rocky movies.
They were all just slug fests and battles of attrition.
