It is well-known in the sports world that the so-called "god squad" of the NFL was the group of religious souls that reside on the St. Louis Rams. Amazing that these so-called "Christians" could not act like good sports. In interviews directly after the game and detailed in reports like THIS ONE, Kurt Warner and Marshall Faulk could not give props where props were due--they got their ashes kicked, and would not admit it...all they would admit to is playing poorly.
Funny how they credit "god" when they win, but only blame themselves when they lose.
Face it, "god squad"--you got beat by a better team on sunday. The Patriots hit harder, pursued better, and had a game plan that you could just not solved. You were out played and out-coached. Too bad the the members of the "god squad" are not man enough to admit that they tried their best and got beat by better men.
Better men, by the way, who did not mention god at all during the speeches after the game...
God must have been at church instead of watching the game on sunday.
