iPad Air 2: A8 (quad core CPU, quad core graphics), Bezel to Bezel IGZO IPS (unless they can get life/color on the OLEDs in shape), 4-8GB RAM (let's use that 64 bit), Finger Print Scanner (mostly for consistency), No Mechanical Buttons (possible Water proofing?), 12-16 hour battery life.

iPhone 6: IGZO IPS/OLED, Longer Battery Life, Screen larger

Laptops: Lower Prices, smaller bezels, Air getting retina, quad cores in all of them. ARM based Air that runs ARM OS X and gets 20+ hrs.

iMac: New design, with some pivot and height adjustments, user replaceable parts, higher resolution screens.

iP6 (same size as current, too many fans of current screen size)
iPPhablet 5+" screen, same internals as the flagship, think iPad Air/iPad Mini retina kind of devices
iPad Mini fingerprint sensor
iPad Air fingerprint sensor
Apple needs to buy Logitech, and bring the keyboard covers in house.
iWatch
iTV (beautiful 4K TV, with built in Apple TV, and it ain't gonna be cheap)
Apple TV more channels, HBO subscription (just wishing here)
The Thunderbolt monitors are due for a refresh

Cook keeps talking about new product categories (plural), they're cooking something up for 2014.

As long as I'm wishing, I want an iPad Mini retina with a full cell radio, they'd sell the hell out of it to women and people that don't care if they look like fools (like me)

My personal #1 on the wish list: 4K IGZO/OLED Apple TV that runs iOS, and an iTunes subscription plan for the entire catalogue. I'd even pay $100/month to have access to everything.

Besides that completely unrealistic wish, I would like to see a bezel-less iPhone 6 featuring a 4.5-4.7" IGZO/OLED screen with better battery life, 802.11ac and LTE-A, 32GB base model. Same treatment for the iPads. Then I would like to see Touch ID on the iPads and the MacBooks. Also, the home button should lose it's screen wake-up function and become a capacitive home button, and be a corner stone for a potential waterproof design like the OP mentioned.

A retina MBA would be nice (TN panels should just be banned) but I don't see it happening. IMO there is price slot for it, especially now that the rMBP has dropped to $1299. I think the MBA is destined to remain and entry level TN display for a while still unless ARM does some magic in the near future and massively increases margins for Apple so that a retina display can be thrown into the BOM without destroying margins.

Retina Macbook Air. Optional fingerprint sensor (would be awesome with 1Password!).

5K monitors (there are some wallpaper references that size).

NUC-sized Mac Mini.

Larger (not just taller) iPhone 6.

21.5" height adjustable 4K Ultra HD 3840x2160 Retina iMac, at 205 ppi.

25.5" height adjustable >4K 4552x2560 Retina iMac, at 205 ppi. <-- I'd buy this in a heartbeat, although as mentioned, I suspect if they go Retina, it will be a 27", probably in a Thunderbolt 2 display.

- more and better in-house developed apps, iOS hardware is great, but needs more well designed apps, less quickies rushed by startup developers hoping to get first-mover advantage
- adjust 2010 storage pricing on iPads and iPhones to be relevant for 2014 (i.e. no more +$100 upgrade to go from 16GB to 32GB, etc)
- mutli-user support on iPads. I can't setup mail and other personal services on my iPad because I share it with other people (family, friends, guests)
- iPhone with a larger display

+Bootcamp for running Windows RT on that ARM-based Air. Shouldn't be that difficult to talk Microsoft into allowing a free or low-cost copy of Windows RT to run as a dual-boot OS on an ARM-based MacBook Air.

Monitor: I'd also like the option of an Apple webcam equipped 21.5" IPS monitor, with DisplayPort, HDMI, DVI & Thunderbolt inputs, and built-in USB 3.0 hub.

AppleTV: how about a ~$1,000 Apple HTPC, with an Intel x86 CPU & a TV tuner card that runs an x86 version of AppleTV as an application. The TV tuner card would allow over-air and cable as well as internet based TV reception.
Basically: a Hauppauge HVR-1800 PCIe TV tuner card with OSX drivers.

This needs to emphasized! That, or everything needs to start at 64GB. It's insane to expect people to live with 16GB and it's even more insane to expect them to pay 1K for an iPad with decant storage and LTE

The iPhone screen thing too. I don't care if it's IPS or IZGO or AMOLED but it better be bigger and better.

MacBook Pro 17" with Retina option to replace my aging one...

I don't get this. Why don't you just take the stand of an iMac. You could even grab some NiCo or Li Ion batteries and set up a mobile one.

I mean at that point, it's not even a laptop. IMO the 15" (which I just bought) should be smaller.

It's funny because there are a few things that def will happen (iPhone 6 with bigger screen, iPad with 32GB base storage) and things that never will happen (17" rMBP, no $100 upgrade for double storage, iPad capable of running OSX or Bootcamp)

1. iTV. Let's bring the TV into the modern age.
2. Bigger iPhone 6 variant. Same internals as iPhone 6, just with a bigger and better screen... Preferably around 4.8 inches.
3. iPhone 6 with 2GB RAM. No need for better screen. No need for quad core CPU. Bigger and better applications along with a more demanding operating system will need to be fed with more RAM.

2 and 3 are pretty much a given. Although I think apple might just produce a 4.6-4.8" version and call it a day. Maybe make a plastic 4" 6C to satisfy women and children and men with very small hands.

I still don't really see the point of iTV or iWatch.

If it's a 6c like the 5c is to the 5s, then I'm not buying. I want a flagship 4.0" to 4.3" phone. Not any of these 4.6"-5.0" monsters.

I could see an iWatch, at least for the novelty factor. I don't really know what you'd do with it...tell time? Tinny-sounding Bluetooth speakerphone? Extremely tiny Facetime video chat? Siri search...?

Definitely no point in an iTV. Seiki has a 4K 50" for $999, what's the point?

I saw one person theorize that the existence of the iPad mini retina, and iPad Air point to the idea that next year Apple will be able to have a 4" and a 4"+ phone but with identical guts. The only thing they aren't sure about is the screen res on the larger device. iOS isn't resolution independent, and you have to wonder if a 5" iPhone at 1136*640 would still look ok.

I pick 5" because that's the size that the display would be if you cut down an iPad Air panel to 1136*640. The Mini Retina and existing 4" iPhone have roughly the same pixel density as well.

Personally, I'm not crazy about huge phones, I'm pretty comfortable with my existing 4" device. I think about as far as I'm willing to go is 4.3".

The new age of television is coming. Say bye bye to your remotes. Say bye bye to "smart" TVs. The new age will bring televisions that are closer to enlarged tablets than glorified computer monitors. Imagine the possibilities... Your entire iTunes library on your TV. Or the possibilities for a new wave of games accessible on the App Store that are playable on your TV. Why pay for a cable provider when Apple has purchasable TV channels on the App Store?

Your imagination is the limit here.

I would like to see an up-res'd rMBP, 15" @ 3360x2100, twice the res of the old "high res" 1680x1050 MBP that I have. I know the scaling feature works on the current rMBP, but I really like 1680x1050 on a 15" screen, and I'd like to have "native" 2x2 Retina at that resolution.

Improbable or impossible? iPad Air is a hardware redesign. The last hardware redesign lasted essentially 3 generations (iPad 2, 3, 4).

As for the RAM, here's Apple's iPad RAM by generation

iPad: 256MB
ipad 2: 512MB
iPad 3: 1GB
iPad 4: 1GB
iPad Air: 1GB

Chances are, the Air 2 will have 2GB of RAM. 8 is sooo impossible. 4 is highly unlikely.

-I agree totally that no hardware (front) buttons would be sweet.

iPhone 6: IGZO IPS/OLED, Longer Battery Life, Screen larger

+1. larger screen would be sweet on the new iPhone, or at least a 4" version and something like a 5" version of the iPhone.

More RAM is a double-edged sword since app developers can become lazy and write memory leaking/bloated apps. IMHO, 2GB should be plenty for 2014 models. Feed the devs slowly with moar RAM.
