I have a book for the ACSP certification. It's all super easy stuff and I'm pretty much ready to take the exam. The problem is that I don't have $300 to blow when I don't even have a computer related job. I was thinking that maybe it'd help me get a job, but it's near impossible to find a part time computer related job right now. At least here in Tampa.

Yikes! I paid $150 for my exam. Shop around. I don't think they are allowed to "profit" off of the examination.

I just looked it up. It's normally $200. You got $50 off because of your class.

The genius bar is for more then just problems ... it's for users to ask questions, and have them be shown how to do shit too.

Just borrow the cd from someone at work. That was the good thing about Microsoft, you could get access to the software through their books and other legal channels.

I just started looking up Apple Certs today.

How should one prepare for an certification like this? (books, time spent studying, etc)?

I have my CompTIA A+/network+ certs, how would preparing for this Apple cert be different?
