True, but the 3rd generation is not as small as the mini ipods. I doubt anyone's got enough music to fill up 15gb of space. Most typical albums with 13 tracks in 192kps format take up about 80 MB. If you think about it, the mini ipod is capable of storing about 45 of these albums. Now thats more than enough space. Why buy something that is far beyond your needs?
True...I have a 15GB iPod and have about 7-8 GB on it now, with about 20 gigs of music on my computer (only 7-8 of which I listen to often, which is whats on the pod)anways, there are PLENTY of people who have more than 4GB. (especially on these boards).

4GB is way too small for me. just because it's beyond your needs, no need to speak for everyone.
i'd either like to carry a few songs for working out (256-512MB) or my entire collection (11GB).

Yeah people like me, I just bought a Creative Nomad Jukebox Zen NX 30GB MP3 player last weekend at Gateway B&M stores for $115 (retails $300).
I have filled it with 26GB of songs, i have over 40GB of MP3s, but i put the most popular Mp3 in there.
I could use a 80GB Zen Jukebox too.
