all very true. back in college, my buddies had about 8 Mexicans living in the 2 bedroom apt. next to theirs. We hung out with them all the time--they were a blast. You didn't even have to call them, they'd just show up with a few cases of light beer every day and wonder when the party was going to start.

I'd be pretty freaked out if my neighbours moved a disproportionate number of people in, but unless they were loud as hell, whatever. Chances are they're cheap or can't afford it, and they wouldn't do it unless they had to.

I live in a house, and had as many as 9 people living under the roof at once cause relatives just moved to the city, and hadn't found a place yet. Damn, even that was cramped, 10 in an apartment must feel like a clown car.
