I also have one & can recommend it highly. Even on "high" I can barely hear it, & it keeps the card nice & cool. It won't cool the ram, though -- you'll want to buy some lower-profile BGA ram heatsinks for that. I'd recommend copper heatsinks for ram. Make sure you don't have any big capacitors on your mobo next to the AGP slot, though, otherwise the VGA silencer might hit them -- I had to saw a chunk off my silencer to get it to fit on my Abit NF7. It wasn't hard to do, though.
