I see 7870's selling for $330-360 range here in Canada, where 7850's go for $235-270.
There really is no point in going with a 7870 compared to a 7850, at least in my views. Pretty much any 7850 will hit 1150 Core, while some will even hit 1300 or higher, putting the 7850 above a stock 7950.
