i dont think so for several reasons (refer to eupedia and its sections on mtdna):

the Old Europeans didnt fight each other and they had equality of the sexes with a gift economy. they were unified probably because they were civilized unlike Modern Europeans/cro-magnons as the Old Europeans were mtDNA haplogroup UK (as high as 88%) and it can't conclusively be traced back to the same lineage that the majority of Modern Europeans and Middle Easterners can be traced back to. And Arabs fight each other just as Europeans have fought each other for the past 2000 years. OTOH, at least 32% of Ashkenazi Jews are closer to Old Europeans/Neanderthals and they dont kill each other en masse like Europeans have done to each other for the past 5k years or more and like Arabs have always done to each other. White South Africans are 23% haplogroup K and many more are other subclades of haplogroup U and they have never fought each other.

anyway, i conclude that Modern European women's ancestors (those with mtDNA haplogroups HV, JT, and N) were out of africa while the Old Europeans and their mtdna haplogroup UK were never found in sub-saharan africa and that what is referred to as the human race is not all the same species.

so what do you agree with and disagree with in the statement as follows? why?

the neolithic farmers (that is, the 75-85% of all Modern Europeans mtDNA) had their matrilineage in Africa, that they possibly microevolved and definitely mixed with the Old Europeans, and that the latter were neanderthals on the matrilineage.

compared to before the agri revolution. like i said, the vast majority of modern europeans are descended from the agricultural invaders while the vast majority of Old Europeans were hunter-gatherers and had a neanderthal mtDNA... the two are not the same species as each other. and i know that because mtDNA haplogroup UK doesnt come from the subsaharan African Eve while most Modern Europeans do.

the Indo-European languages (and modern Europeans) come from the indus river valley area, whereas some non-indo european languages were actually spoken by the first peoples in europe (one example would be the Ancient Basques). a more accurate name for indo-european would simply be Indo, since it was brought into europe by indus river valley people and persians/aryans.

ironically, i found this a few days ago (even though it was written before my OP). it is concrete proof that the phenotype yielded from the most common ashkenazi mtdna would be classified as dinaric or noric; and that their maternal line was in northeastern italy long before the maternal line of most modern europeans even made it into europe; and their ancestors likely had blue eyes before modern europeans did since most modern europeans have a maternal root south of the equator... the maternal line of the modern europeans didnt arrive in europe from anatolia until 10k years ago at the earliest and their numbers probably didnt break the 50% mark before 3kya.

whether all that means they have no right to palestine is a story for another day, but anyway the concrete back up to my op is here.

The Chinese had a hominid in that area as well that may have been neither homo sapien or neanderthal, the red deer cave people. No dna as of yet however.

Once peoples' lives improve and they don't have to struggle from day to day to survive, they begin to fight for unimportant things like freedom of the press, free elections etc. Once they get that, they start to fight over GPUs and CPUs on Internet forums.

well, i always thought the neanderthals are probably more civilized than cro-magnon given the fact that the former is a true global minority (i am sure that not more than 30% of the world population today has a mtdna haplogroups UK, D, and A) and the facts that cro magnon looked more ape-like (particularly the brachial index, weak legs, crural index, and narrow head), ancient remains of cromagnon have been found all over the world (vs. the fact that neanderthals are found only in the mid east, europe, russia, and central asia), had a strong jaw, wide short face, narrower head for less brain, etc., etc.
