Are my random reads and writes slow? (Samsung Magician)

I got a new SSD because I needed space for GTA V, but I was a little surprised at the loading times (though not terrible).

I installed Samsung's Magician software, I think my OS settings are okay (not sure about virtual memory though) but the benchmark does seem to show random reads and writes are quite slow? Samsung seem to be expecting 90-100k IOPS, I tried to verify that by looking at the benchmarks from AT and others but the results seem to vary quite a bit depending on the specific test and settings used.

The OCZ drive also seems a bit slow for random reads, possibly writes but it is an older drive.

I haven't enabled RAPID, is that worthwhile, especially given the OS drive is not a Samsung? I'm only bothered about performance in games really. I should probably emphasise I really don't want to do anything that risks a reinstall of Windows. Also if you're wondering, the OCZ drive is an older one for OS + Program Files to whereas the Samsung is brand new and just has Steam on it; HDDs not shown are used for My Documents etc.

Is there anything else I might need to know? The Magician software seems to indicate Win7 doesn't do TRIM.

GTA V is well known for its long loading times. It's nothing to do with your hardware or software configuration (SSD is probably already helping, compared to an HDD, though).
