i won't stop for your safety as it might give you a false sense of security to cross and then an asshole might come from another lane and hit you.

i live in albany, out near bethlehem, so it's the city, but out in
the burbs almost
there are no crosswalks
and the CARS ARE ALREADY STOPPED, i'm talking about them
being stopped already and then not letting me go

I hate people that crosses the street in the middle of the road. If you were at a cross walk then yes, but in the middle of the street with cars coming, that is just ignorant. Jaywalking anyone?:|

I try not to but sometimes the cross walks are really far apart. And sometimes there is a lull in traffic that gives me a chance to cross. I only drive maybe twice a week and walk or take the bus everywhere else. (If there isn't a bus and it is over 2 miles I will drive.) Personally you should be thankful for the pedestrians, we could be in our cars making your commute that much worse/slow.
