Are the new Intellimouse Opticals shipping?

I just RMA'd both of my mice (Intellimouse Explorer and Intellimouse Optical) and I recieved the new Explorer 3.0, but my Intellimouse Optical is the old one, with the "33% Percent Faster" sticker.

Are the new (6,000 scans or something) Intellimouse Opticals out yet? Was hoping for both...
