Are the people you work with always grumpy?

im generally a fairly cheery person at work, and most people around here are the same way. all the grumps seem to have not lasted long here, not a bad thing. we have had the same crew for years, so we are all pretty well in touch with each other. of course everyone has their days.

hah, i got roasted for this at my last work outing. people got a few drinks into them and the honesty was flowing.

Regardless of whether you enjoy the work or not, it is not right that everyone around you is grouchy. I don't like to work everyday, but I try to ensure that I don't take it out on my employees. If they don't like interacting with me, they won't feel comfortable talking to me and we won't be an effective company.

Your boss and co-workers aren't doing themselves or your company any favors by being grumpy.

I wish I could share the calls with people, but I sit in the lobby by myself. :frown:
One perk is that no one can hear what I say to the callers.
