For the general consumer no. Why? There's hardly any consumer entertainment beyond 24 (movies on film) much less 30FPS (video). The Hobbit was 48FPS and Billy Lynn was 120. Even digitally shot RED movies are still 24FPS. Regardless, the Billy Lynn on 4k BluRay was 60FPS and worked flawlessly on the xBox one. Too bad the movie itself was shockingly amateurish coming from a good director and great director of photography. It was like a bad afterschool special. -- Do they still have those?
