Are there any Epyc workstation boards?

I would like to build a workstation based on an AMD Epyc chip, but I'm having no luck finding an appropriate board. The Gigabyte MZ31-AR0 is almost perfect, but being a server board, it doesn't support S3 sleep. Since the system won't be used 24/7, it absolutely needs S3 support.

I've built plenty of Opteron systems without much trouble finding a board. Does anyone know of any Epyc boards that support S3 sleep? Single socket is preferred, but dual isn't out of the question. I know there's Threadripper, but I would rather have 8 channels of ECC RAM, than lots of colored lights.

Threadripper supports ECC, and it's not like you have to use RGB lighting.

Threadripper ECC support depends on the motherboard manufacturer, and it only supports unbuffered modules (max 16GB per stick, so 128GB total). There are plenty of workstation grade X399 boards with no colored lights if that is acceptable to you. It's also quad channel with 8 total slots vs 8 channel, not sure if it actually makes a difference for your workload.

Well, I already have a CPU I'd like to use, and 8 channels of memory is attractive. I guess I may just have to wait since Epyc boards seem to be is very short supply with practically no variety. I'll post back if I find anything.

I tried the Supermicro H11SSL, but as I expected, no S3. I wonder if it would be possible to modify the BIOS to enable S3? The BIOS cautions that disabling cores will also disable S3, which implies there may have been S3 support in an older version.
