you only want a case which has the same motherboard tray mechanism like the G4 case and design is no issue, right? I haven' t seen one yet , but a very cool case is the Coolermaster ATC-200. It has a motherboard tray, which you can slide out. You don' t need a screwdriver to do this, because it is fixed by five thumbscrews.
Right now I' m using an Inwin 500 case, which also has this mechanism, but it only has normal screws. I can' t slide the tray out, because one PCI-card (when I remember correctly it is the Adaptec 2940) is too high so I would need to take the card out first. Because of this I have always opened the side covers. I think you won' t face this problem with the Coolermaster. The only problem might be the lenght of the cables.
