Are there rules to the type of movie you can watch on your ipad on an airplane?

Example: This dude about 2 rows from the back was watching Zack and Miri Make a Porno. Seriously??? Are there rules about watching certain movies in public? Would you sit there and watch a movie like this on an airplane out in public with families and kids around?

I'm sure the airline employees would be within their ability to ask someone to turn off a questionable movie. I, personally, would just use a bit of discretion and watch something fairly benign.

That is New York penal code. Read the law. Also, Playboy != pornography. Neither is Zack and Miri make a porno.

I'm of the opinion that people should have self control, and if they are offended by such things then they shouldn't look and that's that... HOWEVER children don't know any better. So really nothing too ridiculous and it'll be okay. I honestly don't think Zack and Miri would be bad enough to make somebody turn it off.

You can watch movies and TV in planes, and those movies aren't all rated G so they obviously aren't THAT strict.

When I get on a plane, I like to take off my shoes. And I do not shower/bathe for days before I get on the plane. I fart. I enjoy listening to loud music. And, I like to watch snuff films. I eat raw galic and cough/spit everywhere.

Use common sense. I wouldn't watch anything above PG-13 with young childern sitting right behind or next to me. I have watched several R movies during flights. No one has said anything.

It's kinda like really, how about you stay out of my business (to an adult) and to a child it would be to his parent, how about you teach your kid some manners? Granted this is someone decided to complain about my movie choice while watching with head phones on.
