I only have one 92mm intake and two 80mm exhausts with a Vantec CCK-6027D HSF.

CPU TEMP IDLE = 98 F = 37 C
CPU LOAD = 102 F = 39 C

Hmmmmmm. I am running a 1.4 ghz T-bird.

My video card temps are kinda hot though. This is a Leadtek Geforce 2 Pro

IDLE Chipset Surface = 114 F = 46 C LOAD = 50 C = 122 F
IDLE Chipset Edge = 87 F = 31 C Load = 34 C = 93 F

What do you think of my temps??

Those temps are fine...in fact, they're great! I have an Athlon 2000+, and it runs at 100% all the time (cancer computing thing) and it gets up to about 42 C at the max...the slightly unsafe zone is about 60 C, but I've even heard of some running at 70 C without many problems. As for the video card temps, I have no idea...my advice wouldn't help anyone when it comes to video cards. Not that its a big deal or anything, but I'd switch the 90 and 80 mm fans if you can. I've heard having negative pressure is better than having positive pressure in the case because it gets more air flowing through the case...but I wouldn't worry about it.

the pressure in your case doesnt have that much of an effect. It is better to have nearly equal intake as exhaust. If you have a good deal more intake than exhaust, or vice versa, then airflow is not as optimal as if the airflow was evenly distributed.

Your temperatures are fine. The CPU temperature is excellent. I have a 1.0Ghz TBird @ 1.3GHz, and it runs about 40 idle, and 44 full load. Last week when it was really hot, it actually hit 50C for the first time ever. But generally anything under 65 C is acceptable. As for your video, I can only assume that it is a fairly average temperature. Video cards are incredibly complex and are cooled only by a very small heatsink fan. I can imagine that many video cards can run much hotter. I know my Voodoo3 used to run so hot I actually sustained first degree burns when I touched it. My GeForce2 runs cooler, but it is still warm to the touch, indicating at least 50 C.

Your fine, but my Computer Athlon 1.4Ghz 266bus runs way too hot it runs at 59-61c IDLE! This is way too hot that I do know so I'm thinking of getting a new case this one: http://www.enermax.com.tw/products/fs-710.htm do you think that this one would be worth $115 shipped and a new heatsink the Themaltake Volcano 7 fro $20 shipped or do I just need a new heatsink? My current case is not as large of a tower and does not have as many fans, so what do I do, I'm open to any and all suggestions.

Strangly enough, those look exactly like Antec's 10xx line of cases. Hmm, i have an SX830. It came with two 80mm exhausts and i installed a 92 mm intake and just look at my temps. I would suggest Antec always. They're prices are great and their cases offer some of the best cooling options i've ever seen.

Temps are fine. My XP 1800+ runs between 55-64C so you have nothing to worry about. It runs hot but I haven't noticed any heat related issues yet.

Your temps are more than fine, if you want to talk about problem on my P3 700 (was overclocked to 933, but is no longer), after playing Giants for about an hour the temps got up to 210F (99C), no lie. I was as shocked as you probably are. I think this is caused by some old damage to the chip.

Sounds great to me....I'm running a consistent 55-58 celsius on my 1800+ with no problem. I read on the AMD site that temps to 90 C are ok.
