Yup. Ebay can be a pit of despair for sellers. But as a buyer they are excellent. During the pandemic when prices went nuts I tried to pick up a couple of RX580s for people I knew. Price was great and the listing had over 100 in stock. I knew it was probably a scam, but took the gamble. Ebay squashed them almost immediately. Money was back in my account in hours. I didn't have to take any action.-Ebay is so buyer friendly it's pretty much the only place I would trust for used. Shipped back (for free) a defective 3080 that the seller claimed was functional, will get my money back in a couple days. No fuss no muss.
They covered me for a fraudulent GPU listing too. Basically have a customer for life out of me.
The holidays are almost here, that is when the best new deals should be. Amazon is doing a Prime early access sale next week 11th-12th. That will be the first chance to see if the deals will be any good this year.
