Are we ever going to see the Stargate:Atlantis movie?

I haven't heard anything about the Stargate:Atlantis movie recently. When sci-fi cancelled it they blamed the studio claiming the studio wanted to make movies instead of the series, yet at this point nothing.

Yeah, I don't see them losing any money on a SGA straight to DVD movie, I for one would love to see a few

And from what I've seen in the preview and what I've read, SG:Voyager or Universe or whatever, doesn't look so great.

It's SG: Universe and sadly it doesn't look too good from what I've read thus far techs!

The most recent thing I heard, and it was pretty recent, was that they just decided on a script. That would seem to indicate that if they make the movie at all it will be quite awhile.

It was supposed to be out this year, but they look to have been dragging their feet on it. The script was only completed in May. Projected release date some time next year.
