My fave market moved to what was (at a time long ago) an abandoned air field and NATO missile base (seriously). I sorta miss not having those nukes nearby. But this area has marginal radon levels, so, kinda the same thing.
Anyway, the mall there has be largely abandoned for decades. I don't understand why except to say that apparently, location isn't everything.
Aside from the stores, it just this horizon to horizon expanse of asphalt. I'm sorta exaggerating but it really is huge.
You would think that these days, they'd at least plant some trees, but nooooo. As a result I don't like going there during daylight hours and at this time of year, that's an issue.
