Are you a nose sneezer or a mouth sneezer?

I never knew that I could sneeze through my mouth up untill a few days ago. If i hold my nose right as i sneeze, it comes flying out my mouth... Kinda defeating the purpose of the sneeze (get particles out of the nasal passage) but far less painful.

Definitely a mouth sneezer and I always use a tissue (or my hands) to cover my mouth whenever sneezing. If I use my hands then I wash them afterwards.

I think I sneeze from both, but I don't recall ever having done it completely from the mouth. I am gonna have to try that sometime

I'm a mouth sneezer. My brother is a nose sneezer, and I feel sorry for him - it sounds painful.

Wouldn't nose sneezing be dangerous if your sinuses were stuffed up? :Q

I am one of those sneezers that doesn't let them out. Skoorb always gets mad at me when I do that. When I do let them out, I actually have no idea if it is through nose or mouth!

Probably a myth, but doesn't that cause brain damage? something with all the pressure that's held in. I know tons of girls who do this...annoys me too

I don't know if it comes out of both or not, but I definitely use my mouth. I think it I just used my nose, I'd probably hurt myself.

When I feel a sneeze coming, I clear out at least a 3 meter radius around me and let it fly. I hate it when you feel one coming and end up with nothing. That annoys the heck out of me.

So *that's* why girls make that weird noise when they sneeze! I had never thought about it coming out of the nose before...I just always assumed everyone sneezed out of their mouth.
