Re: role reveal
I had enough evidence to suspect a high probability that the wolves have discovered me. To not warn the village would make me a far greater failure in my duty to be protective.
The city wonders why no one died despite there clearly still being wolves… psyJsay says it may be drum, Lightrider or Hardcorerobot; why? Because, she says, she is the bodyguard, protected herself, and those are whom she upset!
The ruckus that ensues with a drunken zeze also arguing that HE is the bodyguard… but no one takes this seriously… There is an extensive back-and-forth and hardCoreRobot reciprocates psyJsay’s vote by voting for her.
Lightrider doesn’t like how quiet InfinityOctopus is being and says he should DIE and SSSnail agrees!
Just then, Krazy says that Zeze’s drunken antics are pissing him off, and Zeze should be destroyed.
Zeze says that IOP is a fine bandwagon to get on, and votes with Light rider and SSSNail.
Lazurs, so instrumental in the quiet death of ALIVE puts his support behind the execution of Zeze…
To this schneiderguy says he thinks PsyJ-Say is a WOLF, and cuda agrees!
Drum doesn’t think what hard-core says about PsyJ makes any sense; so he votes for HardCoreRobot.
Psy-J, at a disadvantage, now tries desperately to explain her position, explain that the wolves were just going to eat her anyway and that she wanted to do her level best to protect the village… Sensing her own demise, she goes on one last bender with Zeze…
While they drink, SSSnail decides to try and kill, Lazurs, Krazy, Zeze, and IinfinityOcto,
Zeze and psyjay have more drinks and SSSnail finally places his vote for chiropteran and, in the end, joins the “Murder Psy-J” bandwagon.
Reluctantly the village allows HardCoreRobot and his hang’n posse of effowe, schneiderguy, Cuda and SSSnail to wrangle PsyJaySay into the hangman’s noose; drop the bottom out of the gallows and reveal the truth, that PsyJaySay
is an INNOCENT BODY GUARD!
The village takes this news like Don Quijote might take the news of broken windmills… The deeper philosophical questions start to arise… what is it to murder a dead person? What is the meaning of life and death when death is assured? Have they moved up a lynching, or have they protected PsyJ-Say from the most gruesome of deaths? The village sleeps, content in the knowledge that it has done PsyJ, the city’s most fanatic devotee, the favor of a quick death…
** Day 3 Ends 10pm mountain **
The village awakens to a scene of gruesome horror.
It is clear that while the village slept three sets of bloody-harry paw-prints mucked about in blood. The wolves have stretched out the skin from the back of a corpse into a bloody hammock: which holds the head of the victim, hand firmly sewn to the face!
Looking around, it is clear that someone is missing; it is clear that
ElFenix a MASON
has been destroyed, defiled and mocked…
The village takes the death of ElFenix hard… Desperate to not become the next gruesome sight, you conclude that tonight: Someone Must DIE!
note: So i don't have to wake up at 5 am to do a write-up i'm doing a write-up if I can before I go to sleep
Our bodyguard was dead either way. It didn't hurt us to vote him, because he was dead if we didnt. But like others have pointed out, if it was a double bluff then we needed to kill him. In any case, mistakes were obviously made, starting with him revealing his identity. But now what do we do?

I disagree. If the wolves had to kill her, elfenix would be alive right now. This is a numbers game, if the wolves whittle us down to a small enough group they are simply win. Giving them a free extra kill was a very bad thing.
Also, if we did not vote out psy, we had a chance of catching a wolf at least at random. By going for her we threw out that chance.
Currently I'm very suspicious of those who pushed hard to lynch her, going to review some past posts and see who seems to be the most guilty.

thats the thing, the wolves wouldnt need to kill her. they still kill elfenix, then the next day the town is in an uproar that the so-called bodyguard wasn't killed, and you repeat the same arguments that happened yesterday. it would continue until the town lunched her. there was nothing gained by revealing that role, only problems.
Lynching psyjsay made no sense at all. If she was really the bodyguard (which as we now know she was), the wolves would have taken her out. They wouldn't have a choice in the matter, she's one of the two biggest pro-village power roles. The most they could have let her squeak by was a turn or two. Meanwhile, she would have been bodyguarding for the town in that time.
Worst case scenario, she would have been a wolf. But everyone was already suspicious of her, so it would have been absolutely no trouble at all to take care of her in a few days if she was still alive.
Right now, I'm most suspicious of HCR. Made a good argument for why everyone shouldn't vote for ALIVE on the first day, which is something a villager who didn't want to accidentally kill another villager would do, and I bought into the strategy. We later found out ALIVE was a werewolf, so it would make sense for a werewolf to try to take heat off one of their own. Then yesterday, HCR pushed a bit hard to lynch psyjsay even though it wasn't logical to do so just yet, benefiting the wolves because they no longer had to waste a night on psyjsay and could take out 2 yesterday. HCR has shown himself to be a pretty logical thinker overall, from this and past games, so this is why his actions yesterday particularly stick out.

think ahead. so what if she protects herself that next night? every night that she survives, the more suspicious the town will be about her reveal and the only outcome would be that they lynch her. no matter what the wolves could have gotten the town to waste a lynch on her.

honestly, just bad luck against the odds in both cases. i had a sound plan to flush out wolves, we didnt get buy in because the wolves cast enough doubt on the efficiency of the plan.
there was a 1/12 chance the wolves happened to try to kill the bodyguard the first night. i based all my analysis AGAINST that happening, and it looked like it did. i figured the odds were too low and there must be a deeper plan going. again, unlucky. i do suspect i will get lynched. for some reasons the villagers are angry at me for killing a person that was already effectively dead, and since i am a villager, no wolf will come to my defense.
actually maybe the wolves WILL keep my alive, knowing i am public enemy now. lol. games within games!
I agree with this. Hardcorerobot seemed to play a lot more passive last game, as an innocent villager. Now he is pushing hard for lynching where I just don't see the point. I suspect he may be a wolf, and is our best bet for a lynch today.
my logic was sound, just not right due to bad assumptions. lynching me will be a true mistake, whereas lynching the bodyguard was inevitable. shes either the true bodyguard, or a wolf faking it, either way she dies.
