was 150-155 at the start of the year, leveled off to around 145-150 or so for most of the year

september i developed a spasm in my esophagus at made it difficult to get food or fluid down, dropped to 135, have since rebounded back to about 140+ Now that i'm healthy i'm going to start swimming to 'bulk up' to about 155.

5'10, have a distance runners build without the healthy lungs to back it up.

the average weight for an adult male in the US is like mid-190's... throw on an additional 10-15 pounds considering that the vast majority of AT likely has a fairly sedentary lifestyle.

Unfortunately I'm only 5'5" tall. I ate lots of mickey d's and fried chickins. Since I'm down to a sexy 469lbs I can buy somewhat normal clothes. I still have a bunch of stretchy jumpsuits. Also with having the rolls on the back of my head I also have fingers like bratwursts. Recently I bought a red jumpsuit but the wife and kids laugh at me and say I look like the kool aid man.:brokenheart:
