I mostly went from eating out 5 meals a day to 4. Now I'll throw in a trip to subway once a day and eat at mc d's 2 times and usually Kfc for a bucket of fried chicken. For exercise I'll usually throw in a sweatin to the oldies tape or walk out and get the mail.

Well, I'm 6mos pregnant, so weight is a bit skewed just now, and won't make sense to share as most on here don't get how pregnancy weight works. Normally though, I'm about 150lbs, though most don't believe me (apparently I weigh more than I look). Average height female from the US, about a size 4 the last time I bought pants and was not pregnant. Aaand, if you don't believe me, ask Sagalore.
