i'm not afraid. but i do need some weight
around 160, 165lbs.

Admittedly, my diet right now leads me keep the same weight when combining physical activity. Though I definitely don't want to gain weight through diet. Over the school year I definitely lose a little bit of weight, typically around 5lbs, no more than 10lbs. I slack off in the summer, and additionally get well fed by my parents. I try not to gorge myself down here, as the campus food selection that I like to gorge on isn't exactly healthy to do said gorging. But in typical servings is pretty good as long as the diet is watched.
I wouldn't mind cutting just a little more, want to ultimately lose a decent amount of extra body fat. I'm slim mind you, but certain areas seem to really want to hold onto a little extra fat, and are the only areas on my body that seem to contain fat.
My stomach refuses to tone into flatness sadly, that's annoying me. Have a weird upper body so that doesn't help - 'dent' in lower chest throws diaphragm up a little it looks.
Goal is then focus on adding muscle and not just doing strength endurance.
I like food too much to do a proper cut regimen, though I could increase cardio. I should just start hitting the pool here on campus, that'd help with my running too seeing as my running could likely be improved with higher endurance and more importantly, better breathing.
