Are you sucking your stomach in, or does it stay that way? Either way Ive had the hardest time building definition in my stomach even though I do about 30 situps, 10-20 pushups daily and try to bike at least 2 or more hours (25% uphill) biweekly. I enjoy going up hills.

yeah I am the same I went from 155 to 210, absolutely no steroids, just learned to more and better
