I mostly went from eating out 5 meals a day to 4. Now I'll throw in a trip to subway once a day and eat at mc d's 2 times and usually Kfc for a bucket of fried chicken. For exercise I'll usually throw in a sweatin to the oldies tape or walk out and get the mail.

Afraid to say how much I weigh? Nope. No fear involved at all.

A bit embarrassed maybe, because I'm heavier than I should be. I've been eating better and exercising more, so I'm 10lbs down from my all-time high. I still have a ways to go to get back to my ideal.
