So....women's water polo....
Is there a legitimate aerodynamic reason for their one piece suits to basically be thongs in the back? I grew up as a swimmer and certainly enjoyed how the ladies looked in their Speedos but these suits take it to a whole different level.
And then had that weak excuse about his ankle. He looked over his shoulder with the lead and pulled up to save himself for the final, when two runners passed him lol. Juicer got squeezed.
TBF though it's not like Russia are the biggest cheats.Without PEDs it look like Russia is going to be pretty much a no-show in these Olympics compared to past performances.

Way to thoroughly miss the point. It's not about individuals making the decision to cheat or take PEDs, but the unparalleled state sponsored manipulation and endorsement of it. There's just simply no corollary to that.
So, no. Learn context and scale before looking the dense fool. Again.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Doping_in_East_GermanyThe results were great for East Germany but absolutely devastating for the athletes involved: “While figures cannot be precise, the state inspired doping program affected perhaps as many as 10,000 athletes. Not only was cheating at the center of the program but the abuse of the athletes’ health was too. Female athletes, including adolescents, experiencedvirilisation symptoms and possibly as many as 1,000 sportsmen and women suffered serious and lasting physical and psychological damage”.[5]
Women's 4x100... uh-oh
If I read that right, the US girls get a chance to run against a clock and if they make time they will be allowed into the finals?
Correct.....If I read that right, the US girls get a chance to run against a clock and if they make time they will be allowed into the finals?
The United States women's 4x100 relay team will run by itself on Thursday night, rerunning the morning race that momentarily dashed the Americans' hopes for a medal.
During the race, Allyson Felix collided with a runner in the next lane during her handoff, losing the baton in the process. The United States team, however, finished the race -- a requirement of filing a protest.
That protest was successful, with the IAAF deeming the American team was interfered with during the handoff. The 4x100 team will run a time trial. To make they final, they'll need to finish in than China's time of 42.70 seconds.
This Christmas at the Brownlee household...Brownlee's put on a clinic today. Holy shit what an impressive win.
Not Lochte...sorry but he's a Grade-A douchebag. He had a reality show for a while that I saw a couple of times (I was a swimmer growing up so I have an interest in the sport) and the guy is just a major d-bag. I can definitely see them going on a vandalism spree and if had an ounce of sense in his idiot head, he would have kept his mouth shut because the truth will come out sooner or later. How many white kids with green hair are running around Rio right now?US swimmers story keeps changing...Daily Mail is reporting:
Generally I'd believe any US swimmers well before any reporting from the Daily Mail, but...

"Oh sure honey, your silver medal is really pretty but is your brother bringing his GOLD to show the family???"
Amazing endurance.
Serbia digs DEEP to win it. Great match. This women's volleyball semi-final match is INTENSE!
But CA will be strong again in 2 years.Impressive. The US is on pace to win >100 medals, evenly split between gold, silver, and bronze.
And Great Britain has tied China at 55 now, but is ahead since GB has more gold and silver.
Meanwhile, my home country of Canada has a paltry 14 medals. That puts them into 13th place in terms of medal count, but behind Kazakhstan in terms of gold and silver (which is the way Google ranks them), at 20th place.
