I take it your post is based on the faulty (IMO) presumption that Hilary and Condi Rice will receive the nominations of their respective parties. Rice, in particular, will probably never run (or at least she's been quite clear she won't), and almost certainly won't as soon as 2008.

Not to mention, Hilary would still have to get the nomination. She'll have to possibly win over Obama, Biden, Kerry....
If it's ever going to happen it's not going to happen any time soon.
