That's not an allowed answer. Do you think that you would have an equal chance of getting it back regardless of the race of the founder? I try to be race agnostic but I know that I'm not, I really wouldn't want my wallet to be found by a gypsy because I believe based on my own observations that it would be less likely to be returned then if it was found by a white person. Almost no black people in here but I had a black English teacher at school and I liked him a lot. I also had a black tutor and I also liked him a lot. So all black people I met were very friendly and unfortunately all the gypsies I knew were criminals. (drugs dealers, thieves and that sort of thing) I know the sample size is very tiny and not enough to make generalizations but in case of the gypsies it mirrors the experience the other people I asked had. I don't think that behavior is entirely inherent in genetics if at all. The gypsies have more trouble finding an honest job and if they do find an honest job it's harder for them to get promoted because the stigma works even in business and white people are first in line for a promotion even if they are slightly less competent So more gypsies turn to crime and they make their reputation. It's sort of a vicious circle.
