You have to set your waypoints on the map. And, as I found out last night, you don't just click on the map, you have to scroll the map until the onscreen box-pointer is over the place you want to set the waypoint, then click in the box to set it. There are symbols that will come up after you interrogate highlight thugs.

Now, that said, I've only gotten Joker trophy locations to come up, so I can't confirm that the thugs will give up firefighter locations. Possibly the radio will.

I did a steam refund on this game. I wrote in the description that the game wasn't finished yet. I bought it for PS4 instead.

Do I have to get an NVIDIA card to use the 570 as physx? I've almost been talked into a R290 or R290x...?

Yes. The Batman games have always been a showcase for Physx and Nvidia cards, but this one seems to basically require a card dedicated to Physx to run well.

Adaptive vsync and running the game off an SSD help too.

Shame that this one is such a shoddy port; I may inadvertently get it for free with a new graphics card. I wish the Witcher 3 was still part of that promotion, I'm much more interested in it...

On Metacritic, the PC version of Arkham Knight is currently sitting at a 1.4 User Score. But even more amusing than that, is that there is only one single review, the synopsis of which is "Batman: Arkham Knight is a total disaster on the PC platform." So what score did they give this "total disaster"? 60! 6 out of 10 is a total disaster! What's a 3, literal genocide? 1 is reserved for the heat death of the Universe. Video game review scoring is so stupid.

Wow, that is just aggressively bad. Which is a damn shame, because when it's running, it actually looks nice. The PS4 version looks fantastic in motion; if they'd actually done a proper job and ported that over with slightly better assets, we'd be talking about how great AK looks. This is just... just awful.

Yea now that fury x reviews are out I'm even doubting spending that amount to get a 980ti as an upgrade when there arent many PC games coming out lately. I'm going to get this for ps4 maybe this weekend after I trade in far cry 4 and maybe another game.

Yea now that fury x reviews are out I'm even doubting spending that amount to get a 980ti as an upgrade when there arent many PC games coming out lately. I'm going to get this for ps4 maybe this weekend after I trade in far cry 4 and maybe another game.

Yeah I'd wait a bit longer if you can. When 16nm arrives you'll be paying $300 for what should hopefully be the performance a $600 card gets you now.

Assuming that my current card will still play games from now until then yea..I'm just not sure if a 980ti non reference is a more than 50% improvement over my 7970 when I play at 1080p anyway.

Oh it is, a 980ti is faster than a 980 which achieves almost 50% better performance at 1080p unless you have the Ghz edition which would be nearly 40% difference.

Yea its a ghz edition. I've never bothered over clocking it either. No need to really yet. It is getting long in the tooth but I'll see what happens with pricing. I'm not expecting prices to go lower since both cards are pretty much equal.

Too bad the game itself is so buggy on PC. Can't believe they just picked a third party to port it. I guess it would have taken longer had they done it themselves.

It was pushed back I think over 6 months the original date was November or something like that. Working on that dlc I guess lol.

Wow no wonder I couldn't find it on the steam page. I guess more people requested refunds. Once I clicked a link, title said arkham knight but the game was nowhere to be found. Good now they are required to hot patch it or something.
