Wasn't a suicide attempt as it was more a cry for help. People who are serious about killing themselves will succeed.
I never understood how people fail to commit suicide. Is it that deep inside, they don't really want to do it, so they foil it? I can't imagine it being that hard to kill yourself if you really want to. There are so many ways to die, lot of them are quick and painless, such as a gun to the mouth.

Nonsense.Folks who fail at this really don't want to. They are looking for attention mostly. Those so far down the depression ladder to kill themselves rarely get enough to go to the bathroom let alone a plan to successfully murder themselves. This is actually why antidepressants are bad, folks get a ray of sunshine just enough to actually formulate a plot to off themselves.

Fat people have poor work ethics. Of course he couldn't finish the job, no surprise.
my mom was fat. she worked almost every day of her life unless she was extremely sick. she graduated valedictorian in high school and top of her class at university of michigan. she has four degrees from the university of michigan and a master's from johns hopkins. she is currently the senior project manager of four nuclear power plants for the nuclear regulatory commission. she had half of her stomach removed due to bacterial ulcers and lost the weight.

Sometimes God has other plans for you, I was in a mental hospital when I was a teen for major school problems. A ton of the patients in there had attempted suicide. One jumped off a fucking 5 story building, landed on concrete and lived. I'm pretty damn sure that wasn't a cry for help. I dunno how they lived. I'd say about half did it as a cry for attention - they'd OD on some weak over the counter drug knowing they wouldn't die. But there were some who went to extremes to die and still managed to make it out alive.
