Though I have no personal experience with that motherboard, it seems to get pretty good reviews:

AnandTech
Tom's Hardware
Bit-tech.net

However, the Z68 motherboards are due out in two days, you may want to consider waiting. If you already have considered and would rather have a P67 board, you might consider waiting anyway to see if Z68 drives P67 prices down. Personally I am waiting to see how the Z68 extreme4 reviews as well as the Asus Z68 motherboards.

Good luck!

I have one and love it, I also know at least one other friend who built his with the same board and he also likes it, though he does not OC at all. The only thing I have found in comparing boards are the other brands typically come with longer warranties compared to the Asrock but cost $15-$30 more for the same features. For me I wanted to spend less, for others warranty may be more important.

I once used an Asrock board to build a friend's computer back in the Spring of 2009. He hasn't had any problems with it that I'm aware of.

Boards these days regardless of brand uses the same chipset, performs the same and overclocks nearly the same. Only if you wanna SLI/Xfire you might wanna pay attention to the PCIE splitting, otherwise just get a cheap board, spend the rest on things that actually matter like the video card, monitor or speakers and call it a day.

Well, maybe you are that one out of a million that needs 10 SATA ports on a mobo...

Actually, I'd stay away from the bottom-tier brands such as Biostar and Foxconn.
I'm currently running a Biostar board and it has given me nothing but trouble. (Either that or my CPU is broken. :\)

Not buying right away...more in the planning stages. I'll definitely wait for the Z68 boards.

Thanks everybody

I love my ASRock P67 Extreme 4 - best features/price/performance. Plus didn't have all the startup glitches that ASUS and Gigabyte were having when the boards first came out.

You might look at the Z68 Extreme 4 when that comes out, assuming that it is a similar features/price/performance equation to its P67 cousin.

Asrock motherboards are very good. I have built quite a few machines using their boards and never had an issue.

Asrock is a sister brand of Asus and IMO that's a good thing. I have never had problems with Asus boards. Friends of mine built a SB rig with an Asrock board recently and he's had no problems.
