What the hell are you talking about?

Asian's kind of a bad term since Indians don't seem to have this problem. Anyways...
Next time you see an East Asian person (e.g. Chinese, Japanese, Korean), look at their face from the side. Then compare to every other ethnicity.
Glasses seem to be made for people with noses that stick out (i.e. everyone who isn't East Asian). Since a primary support point of glasses is the nose support, no bridge = slide down yo face or supported by the cheeks. Very uncomfortable, very annoying. In my experience, adjustable nose pads and a narrow bridge around 14mm is required. Plastic frames (e.g. Wayfarers) are a lot of trouble in my experience.
The only "Asian Fit" maker I know of that advertises itself as such is Oakley's. They're probably hard to find for $50. I tried one from them and didn't like it. From what I've heard, they just make their nose pads bigger.
Maui Jim doesn't call itself Asian Fit, but a lot of their stuff fits me pretty well. They are nowhere near $50.
